Completed in 2024, this 279 m² addition to an existing villa in Bel Air introduces a new architectural layer to the site. The intervention includes a custom-designed kitchen clad in black marble and oak, a sunlit living room opening to the pool, a refined bathroom, and a clean-lined staircase in light wood and glass.
The outdoor area was fully reimagined with a new pool, firepit lounge, and structured landscaping, seamlessly extending the home’s living experience into the hillside surroundings.
